Add your signup form to Wix.

Wix puts every embed inside a frame of its own, so the easiest way is to embed your signup page by its link. It shows the whole form, and the thank-you message appears right in the box.

Which snippet to use

Your signup page link, with Wix’s Embed a Site element. If you’d rather paste code, the iframe embed goes in an Embed HTML element and looks the same.

The inline form works in Embed HTML too, but Wix runs embedded code in a sandboxed iframe, so after someone signs up, the thank-you page opens inside that small box. Give the element enough room, or use one of the options above.

Plan check

Wix’s help pages for Embed HTML and Embed a Site don’t list a plan requirement. Wix only shows HTTPS addresses and code, and your Hollerpost links are HTTPS already.

Step by step (Wix Editor)

  1. Copy your signup page link. In your Hollerpost dashboard, go to Audience → Signup forms, pick the form, and click Copy link under “Hosted signup page.” It looks like this:
    https://utopian-marketing-api.jmiller-580.workers.dev/api/marketing/signup/your-workspace?f=your-form-id

This is a placeholder. Copy yours from Audience → Signup forms in your dashboard.

  2. Add the element. In the Wix Editor, click Add Elements on the left, then Embed Code, Popular Embeds, and Embed a Site.
  3. Enter your link. Click the embed on your page, select Enter Website Address, paste your signup page link, and click Apply.
  4. Size it. Drag the handles so the box is about 440 pixels wide and 430 tall, or taller if your form asks for a name or phone number. Embeds on Wix don’t resize themselves.
  5. Publish, then open your live site and sign up with your own email. You should show up in Audience in your dashboard.

Pasting code instead

Choose Embed HTML in step 2, click the embed, select Enter Code, paste your iframe embed, and click Apply. Copy it from Audience → Signup forms, “iframe embed (full branded form)”:

<iframe src="https://utopian-marketing-api.jmiller-580.workers.dev/api/marketing/signup/your-workspace?f=your-form-id" style="width:100%;max-width:440px;height:430px;border:0;border-radius:12px" title="Signup form"></iframe>

This is a placeholder. Copy yours from Audience → Signup forms in your dashboard.

Wix Studio

Click Add Elements, then Embed & Social. Choose Embed Site, click Change Website Address, paste your signup page link, and click Update. Or choose Embed Code, click Enter Code, paste the iframe embed, and click Apply.

What happens when someone signs up

They land in your audience with their consent recorded (where they signed up and when), tagged signup-form plus any tags you set on the form. If the form asks for email confirmation, they join once they click the link we send them. With the inline form, the thank-you message opens on your Hollerpost signup page; with the iframe, it shows right inside the box.

If it doesn’t show up

  • It’s cut off or has scroll bars. Wix says content bigger than the frame gets clipped. Make the element taller.
  • It looks wrong on phones. Check the mobile view in the editor and resize the element there too.
  • The box is empty. Make sure you pasted the whole link, starting with https://. Wix won’t show HTTP addresses.
