Export your audience. Mailchimp gives you a zip file with a spreadsheet for each kind of contact: subscribed, unsubscribed, cleaned, and sometimes non-subscribed.

Drop the zip (or the CSVs inside it) on the import screen. Hollerpost recognizes a Mailchimp export and maps the columns for you. Non-subscribed people never agreed to marketing email, so they’re left out.
Check the summary
You’ll see something like “Imported 2,412 contacts, 3 tags, 311 unsubscribes kept as do-not-email.”
